Hangxiao Steel Structure has amassed a wealth of experience in
the sophisticated manufacturing and precision construction of light steel engineering
over the years. Building on this foundation, Hangxiao has spearheaded research and
development in steel structures for multi-high-rise buildings, undertaking numerous
prestigious multi-high-rise projects. Furthermore, the company has integrated critical
equipment, including the advanced double arc double wire door welding machine,
equipped with the state-of-the-art American Lincoln power supply, and the superior
slag welding machine from Nippon Steel, among others.
The steel truss formwork, an innovative three-dimensional plate welding solution,
integrates the steel bar within the floor plate, pre-fabricated in the factory and
galvanized pressure steel plate combined seamlessly.
Through meticulous construction and application design, the formwork system and steel
merge flawlessly, effectively bearing the weight of wet concrete and live load during
construction.
The boards are effortlessly laid directly on beams at the construction site. Following
a straightforward steel engineering process, concrete can be efficiently poured.
