With a wealth of experience amassed over the years,
Hangxiao Steel Structure has excelled in manufacturing and constructing
light steel engineering projects. Building on this expertise, the company
has advanced the research and development of steel structures for multi-high-rise buildings,
successfully executing numerous multi-high-rise projects. Additionally,
Hangxiao has integrated cutting-edge equipment such as the double arc
double wire door welding machine equipped with a top-notch American
Lincoln power supply, in conjunction with a high-efficiency slag welding machine from Nippon Steel,
and other state-of-the-art technologies.
The steel truss formwork is an innovative three-dimensional plate welding system that
incorporates the steel bar within the floor, forming a cohesive steel
plate at the factory. This is combined with a galvanized pressure steel plate,
to create a robust formwork system. The steel is impeccably integrated through
construction and application design, capable of bearing the weight of wet
concrete and live construction loads during the construction phase.
In the construction site, the board can be effortlessly laid on beams, and
following minimal steel engineering, concrete can be seamlessly poured.
Hangxiao adopts a world-leading steel truss formwork production line, ensuring
that the quality and adaptability of major processing equipment are of world-class
standards.
Hangxiao Steel Structure is fortified with a comprehensive cladding system production line. By introducing the world's foremost strip machine, it achieves concurrent automatic production processes with high precision in punching and molding. Additionally, the company has launched a sophisticated 360-degree standing seam roof panel production line.
