Hangxiao Steel Structure has amassed extensive experience in light steel engineering's manufacturing and construction. Building on this foundation, we've advanced the research and development of steel structures in multi-high-rise buildings, successfully executing numerous such projects. Our facility is equipped with cutting-edge machinery, including a double arc double wire door welding machine powered by the American Lincoln power supply and a slag welding machine from Nippon Steel, among others.

Ordinary H-type steel production line
At Hangxiao Steel Structure, the H-type steel manufacturing process is enhanced by state-of-the-art equipment. This includes a cutting-edge cutting machine with a French CNC system, advanced FASTCAM set material software, Lincoln-powered buried arc welding machines, automatic assembly machines, hydraulic correction machines, and a sophisticated 8-shot blasting machine, to ensure precision and excellence.
Cladding system production line

By integrating a world-leading strip machine, we achieve seamless synchronization of the automatic production process, high precision punching, and molding.
