Hangxiao Steel Structure has harnessed extensive experience in
the manufacturing and construction of light steel engineering.
Building upon this foundation, the company has spearheaded
research and development in steel structures for multi-high-rise
buildings, successfully undertaking numerous projects in this
domain. In its quest for excellence, the company has introduced
state-of-the-art machinery, such as the double arc double wire
door welding machine with an American Lincoln power supply,
and a slag welding machine from Nippon Steel, among others.
The steel truss formwork system is engineered as a sophisticated
three-dimensional plate welding the steel bar, expertly crafted
into a steel plate at the factory, seamlessly integrated with a
galvanized pressure steel plate. This system combines formwork
and steel with an innovative construction and application design,
capable of supporting the wet concrete weight and live load
during the construction phase. The board is laid directly on the
beam at the construction site, with concrete subsequently poured
following straightforward steel engineering. Hangxiao employs a
world-leading steel truss formwork production line, ensuring
the highest quality and flexibility in processing equipment.
