In a pioneering industry-university-research collaboration with Zhejiang University and Tongji University, and in the absence of precedents and existing standards, they embarked on groundbreaking research into a complete set of rectangular CFST (Concrete Filled Steel Tubular) structures. This research culminated in the development of a CFST structure with enhanced applicability, economic viability, and superior fire resistance compared to conventional pure steel structures. This innovation made its debut with the construction of the remarkable high-rise Ruifeng International Commercial Building, earning recognition as part of China's prestigious Torch Program. By transforming traditional reinforced concrete construction methods and elevating the fire resistance of steel structures, this project has not only achieved exemplary seismic and fire-resistant performance but has also cemented Hangxiao Steel Structure's technical prominence in the field of high-rise steel structures. The project has given rise to a distinctive technical system that bears Hangxiao Steel Structure's unique characteristics, driving the evolution of high-rise steel structure buildings across China.

Hangxiao Steel Structure has amassed extensive experience in
manufacturing and constructing light steel engineering projects
over the years. Building on this foundation, the company has advanced
research and development in steel structures for multi-high-rise buildings
and has undertaken numerous ambitious multi-high-rise projects. Apart from this,
the company has integrated leading-edge equipment, including a double arc-
double wire door welding machine with American Lincoln power supply,
and a slag welding machine from Nippon Steel, among others.
Steel truss formwork, a sophisticated three-dimensional plate welding
of steel bars processed into steel plates at the factory, is combined seamlessly
with galvanized pressure steel plates. This formwork system integrates steel
and application design, enabling it to support wet concrete weight and
construction live load during the building phase.
The system allows the board to be expediently laid directly on beams at
the construction site. After straightforward steel engineering, concrete
can be poured efficiently.
