The housing system of shear wall formed by concrete-filled multicellular steel tube has undergone a comprehensive development in seven key stages: feasibility study, theoretical analysis, and trial design; production process research; construction process research; production equipment development; experimental research; and engineering pilot. Through this process, we have achieved over 100 patents. A suite of group and corporate standards have been compiled, including the Technical Standard for shear walls formed by concrete-filled multicellular steel tube T/CECS546-2018, Technical Specification for Concrete Steel Bundle Outer Wall Engineering T/CECS 589-2019, Insulation System of Concrete Steel Wall Outer Wall (19CJ83-4), Technical Regulations for Application of Light Steel Keel CCA Cotton External Insulation System (QB/HX401(B)-2017), External Thermal Insulation Structure of Steel Bundle System (17HXJ105), and the Technical Standard for shear wall formed by concrete-filled multicellular steel tube (QB/HX-402(B)-2019).
The concrete-filled multicellular steel tube shear wall is an innovative architectural component composed of various structural elements including H-type steel beams, assembled steel truss bar truss decks, and assembled stairs. It is enhanced by light fire-proof boards, gypsum-based light partition walls for combined fireproofing and decoration, CCA grouting walls, metal curtain walls, artificial board curtain walls, and insulation decoration boards within the residential system.
Hangxiao Steel Structure champions the noble mission of spearheading the transformation in residential construction. Back in 1999, a dedicated agency was established to delve into the research and development of steel structure residential systems, resulting in the most sophisticated product system in China. U-shaped steel or U-type steel, crafted from numerous steel belts, rectangular steel pipes, and steel plates, is infused with concrete to create a robust concrete steel bundle shear wall. This innovative structure, comprising concrete steel bundle shear walls, steel beams, and floor plates, effectively accommodates both vertical and horizontal actions.

In collaboration with Beijing Gouli Technology, Hangxiao Steel Structure has co-developed the cutting-edge concrete-filled multicellular steel tube shear wall design software, leveraging the PKPM platform.
