This trailblazing CFST structure brought forth remarkable advancements, offering superior applicability, cost-efficiency, and fire resistance compared to traditional pure steel structures. Our landmark achievement was the completion of the first high-rise building with a rectangular CFST structure at Ruifeng International Commercial Building. Recognized as part of the prestigious China Torch Program, this project revolutionized traditional reinforced concrete construction methods, providing enhanced fire resistance for steel structures. Its successful execution firmly established Hangxiao Steel Structure's technical leadership in the high-rise steel structure arena, crafting a distinctive technical system that bears our hallmark characteristics, and propelling the evolution of high-rise steel structure buildings across China.

Hangxiao Steel Structure has acquired extensive expertise in
the manufacturing and construction of light steel engineering
over the years. Building on this foundation, it has advanced the research and
development of steel structures for multi-high-rise buildings, having
successfully undertaken numerous multi-high-rise projects. The
company has invested in cutting-edge equipment, such as double arc
double wire door welding machines with American Lincoln power supplies,
and slag welding machines from Nippon Steel,
among others.
The steel truss formwork is a three-dimensional plate welding technique that
integrates the steel bar into the floor, transforming it into a steel plate within the factory,
and combining it with galvanized pressure steel plates.
The formwork system and steel are seamlessly merged through precise engineering and application designs, supporting
the weight of wet concrete and live loads during the construction stage.
The boards can be effortlessly laid on beams at the construction site, allowing concrete to be poured after simple steel
engineering work. Hangxiao utilizes the world's leading steel truss formwork
production line with world-class quality and flexibility in the major processing equipment.
