Hangxiao Steel Structure has garnered vast experience in
the manufacturing and construction of light steel engineering
over the years. Building on this foundation, it has conducted extensive research and
development of steel structures for multi-high-rise buildings, undertaking numerous
multi-high-rise projects. Moreover, the
company has integrated essential equipment such as the double arc
double wire door welding machine, featuring the American
Lincoln power supply, along with a slag welding machine from Nippon Steel
and other cutting-edge technologies.
The Steel truss formwork is an innovative three-dimensional plate welding
the steel bar in the floor, prefabricated into steel
plates at the factory and combined with galvanized pressure steel plates for superior results.
The formwork system and steel merge seamlessly through
the construction and application design, capable of supporting both the wet
concrete's weight and the live load during the construction phase.
The board can be effortlessly laid on the construction beam, allowing
for smooth concrete pouring following a simple steel engineering process.
