This pioneering work yielded a CFST structure that surpasses the traditional pure steel framework in versatility, cost-effectiveness, and fire resistance. The crowning achievement came with the completion of the Ruifeng International Commercial Building, the first high-rise edifice featuring this revolutionary rectangular CFST structure. This project, recognized as part of the prestigious China Torch Program, has revolutionized conventional reinforced concrete construction methodologies, providing enhanced fire resistance for steel structures. Boasting remarkable seismic and fire-resistant properties, the successful execution of this project has solidified Hangxiao Steel Structure's technical preeminence in the realm of high-rise steel structures. Hangxiao Steel Structure holds an array of prestigious qualifications, including the Special Qualification for the General Housing Construction Contract, China Steel Structure Manufacturing Enterprise Qualification (special), Grade I of Specialized Contracting for Steel Structure Projects, Grade A for Light Steel Structure Engineering Design, and Grade I Qualification for Special Construction of Steel Structures, among others.

Hangxiao Steel Structure has built a treasure trove of experience in

the manufacturing and construction of light steel engineering

over the years. Leveraging this experience, it has embarked on research and

development of steel structures for multi-high-rise buildings, undertaking

a multitude of high-profile multi-high-rise projects. Additionally, the

company has incorporated key equipment such as the double arc

double wire door welding machine, powered by American

Lincoln power supply, and slug welding machines from Nippon Steel,

among others.

Steel truss formwork is an advanced three-dimensional plate welding solution

where steel bars in the floor are integrated into a steel

plate at the factory, in conjunction with galvanized pressure steel plates.

The formwork system and steel are seamlessly integrated through

construction and application design, capable of supporting the wet

concrete weight and live construction loads during the building phase.

The board is designed to be directly laid on beams at the construction

site, with concrete poured following straightforward steel engineering.

Hangxiao utilizes a state-of-the-art steel truss formwork

production line, ensuring that the quality and versatility of the major processing equipment are of a world-class standard.
