Main Processing Equipment for Box Columns
With years of extensive experience in the manufacturing and construction of light steel engineering, Hangxiao Steel Structure has made significant strides in the research and development of steel structures for multi-high-rise buildings. The company has successfully completed numerous multi-high-rise projects and introduced advanced equipment, including a double arc double wire door welding machine powered by American Lincoln technology and a slag welding machine from Nippon Steel, to ensure superior quality and precision.
Steel Truss Deck Production Line
The steel truss formwork represents a three-dimensional plate that welds the steel bar into the floor, which is then fused into a galvanized pressure steel plate at the factory. This innovative board can be seamlessly laid on beams at construction sites, allowing for straightforward steel engineering and concrete pouring. Hangxiao's production line features cutting-edge steel truss formwork technology, ensuring unmatched quality and flexibility with world-class major processing equipment.
Ordinary H-Type Steel Production Line
Hangxiao Steel Structure utilizes state-of-the-art H-type steel manufacturing equipment. This includes a cutting machine with a French CNC system and advanced FASTCAM set material software, a Lincoln-powered buried arc welding machine, an automatic assembly machine, a hydraulic correction machine, and an 8-shot throwing blasting machine, among others, to deliver precision and excellence in production.
Cladding System Production Line
Equipped with a comprehensive cladding system production line, Hangxiao Steel Structure employs the world's leading strip machine to achieve synchronized automatic production processes, with high-precision punching and molding. Additionally, the company features a 360-degree standing seam roof panel production line, ensuring top-tier innovation and quality in its offerings.
