Main Processing Equipment of Box Column
Over the years, Hangxiao Steel Structure has amassed significant experience in manufacturing and constructing light steel engineering projects. The steel truss formwork developed by Hangxiao is a revolutionary three-dimensional plate that welds steel bars into a floor, integrated with galvanized pressure steel plates at the factory. This innovative design allows the board to be directly laid on beams at construction sites, facilitating easy concrete pouring post simple steel engineering. Hangxiao utilizes the world's leading steel truss formwork production line, which guarantees world-class quality and flexibility in its major processing equipment.
Ordinary H-Type Steel Production Line
Hangxiao Steel Structure employs state-of-the-art H-type steel manufacturing equipment, featuring a French CNC system integrated into its cutting machines, alongside advanced FASTCAM set material software. The production line is further enhanced by the Lincoln-powered buried arc welding machine, an automatic assembly machine, a hydraulic correction machine, and an 8-shot throwing blasting machine, all of which contribute to Hangxiao's superior manufacturing capabilities.
Cladding System Production Line
Equipped with a comprehensive cladding system production line, Hangxiao Steel Structure is at the forefront of innovation. The introduction of the world's leading strip machine facilitates the seamless completion of automatic production processes, including high-precision punching and molding.
