This structural marvel has surpassed pure steel structures in applicability, economy, and fire resistance. As a testament to our ingenuity, we completed the first high-rise building implementing this revolutionary rectangular CFST structure at the prestigious Ruifeng International Commercial Building. Recognized as part of the China Torch Program, this project has redefined traditional reinforced concrete construction, offering enhanced fire and seismic resistance. Hangxiao Steel Structure is endowed with Special Qualification for the General Housing Construction Contract, China Steel Structure Manufacturing Enterprise Qualification (special), Grade I of Specialized Contracting for Steel Structure Projects, Grade A of Light Steel Structure Engineering Design, and Grade I Qualification for Special Construction of Steel Structures, among others.
Hangxiao Steel Structure has amassed a wealth of experience in
the manufacturing and construction of light steel engineering
over the years. Building on this foundation, it has spearheaded the
research and development of steel structures for multi-high-rise buildings,
successfully executing numerous multi-high-rise projects. Furthermore, the
company has introduced cutting-edge equipment such as the double arc
double wire door welding machine, featuring the American Lincoln power
supply, alongside slag welding machines from Nippon Steel, and more.
Steel truss formwork is a sophisticated three-dimensional plate welding
technique, integrating steel bars in the floor into factory-formed steel
plates, perfectly fused with galvanized pressure steel plates.
This synergy of formwork systems and steel is meticulously designed to
support the wet concrete weight and construction live load during the
construction phase. The board can be effortlessly laid on beams at the
construction site. Following simple steel engineering, concrete can be seamlessly poured.
