Hangxiao Steel Structure has amassed a wealth of expertise in
the manufacturing and advanced construction of light steel engineering
over decades. Building on this foundation, it has embarked on pioneering research and
development initiatives in steel structure applications for multi-high-rise buildings, and has
successfully undertaken numerous complex multi-high-rise projects. Furthermore, the
company has integrated cutting-edge equipment, such as the double arc
double wire door welding machine equipped with the advanced American
Lincoln power supply, and the high-grade slag welding machine from Nippon Steel,
among others.
Steel truss formwork is an innovative three-dimensional plate welding system,
expertly crafted by integrating the steel bar in the floor into steel
plates within the factory, then seamlessly combining them with galvanized pressure steel plates.
This robust formwork system and steel are ingeniously merged through
thoughtful construction and application design, capable of withstanding the wet concrete
weight and live construction loads during the build phase.
The panels can be effortlessly laid directly on the beams at the construction
site. Following a straightforward steel engineering process, concrete pouring can commence.
