It features processes such as leveling, punching, pressure forming, and length cutting. The assembly welding production line includes advanced correction capabilities. Once the U-shaped steel is arranged as per the shop drawings, this sophisticated production line automatically completes the welding process of the multicellular steel tube assembly with precision. The final assembly and welding production line adeptly handles the final assembly of welded steel bundle plate parts into standardized L-type and mold top half parts, ensuring the entire process benefits from servo control with unmatched accuracy and efficiency in assembly positioning.
