With no prior examples and no existing standards, they pioneered an innovative CFST structure, delivering superior applicability, economy, and fire resistance compared to conventional pure steel structures. This pioneering effort culminated in the construction of the first-ever high-rise building with a rectangular CFST structure at the Ruifeng International Commercial Building. Recognized as a pivotal project under the China Torch Program, this accomplishment revolutionized traditional reinforced concrete construction, advancing fire resistance solutions for steel structures. The project's success cemented Hangxiao Steel Structure's technical supremacy in high-rise steel structures, establishing a distinctive technical system that embodies the unique characteristics of Hangxiao. This leadership has significantly propelled the development of high-rise steel structure buildings across China.

Hangxiao Steel Structure has amassed extensive expertise in
the manufacturing and construction of light steel engineering
over the years. Leveraging this foundation, the company has
advanced the research and development of steel structures in
multi-high-rise buildings and undertaken numerous significant
projects. Furthermore, it has integrated state-of-the-art equipment
such as the double arc double wire door welding machine,
equipped with the American Lincoln power supply, alongside
the Nippon Steel slag welding machine, among others.
Steel truss formwork represents a three-dimensional plate welding
system, incorporating steel bars factory-processed into steel plates
and galvanized pressure steel plates combined seamlessly.
The formwork system and steel are ingeniously integrated through
construction and application design, adeptly supporting wet
concrete weight and live construction loads during the building phase.
The boards can be efficiently laid directly on beams at the
construction site. Following straightforward steel engineering,
concrete can subsequently be poured. Hangxiao employs world-leading
steel truss formwork production lines, ensuring outstanding quality and
flexibility in major processing equipment, achieving world-class standards.
