Multicellular Steel Tube Production Line
Our multicellular steel tube production line features an advanced configuration, primarily consisting of a forming production line, assembly welding production line, and final assembly welding production line. This includes leveling, punching, pressure forming, and precise length cutting. The assembly welding production line is equipped with a correction capability, allowing for unmatched precision. Once the U-shaped steel components are strategically positioned according to the shop drawings, the production line can efficiently and automatically complete the welding process of multicellular steel tube assemblies. The final assembly and welding production line expertly coordinates the final assembly of welded steel bundle plate parts into standardized L-type and mold top half parts. The entire process is governed by servo control, ensuring high precision and efficiency in assembly positioning. The spear can automatically track the welding seam, guaranteeing that the quality of welding products is consistently reliable and superior.
